Bob Hoelterhoff is a highly respected entrepreneur, who knows business from the inside out. During his 40+ years in business development, Bob has led the start-ups of national marketing and advertising agencies and has launched and managed successful political campaigns at all levels.

Bob’s expertise as the out-of-home national director on the Brown and Williamson account allowed J&B Signs to become one of the largest and most profitable independent out-of-home advertising media companies in Chicagoland. Bob sets industry standards in the development of digital out-of-home media, and works closely with federal, state and local governments in establishing digital outdoor protocols.

Bob directs the J&B team in developing the most efficient and profitable outdoor advertising ventures for our clients. He developed customized out-of-home marketing opportunities for Fortune 500 companies and high-profile clients, including: Allstate Insurance, Time Warner AOL, Miller Brewing, Volkswagen of America, RJ. Reynolds and Motorola, just to name a few.

Admired for his community service, Bob was an original board director on the Chicago Ad Federation, Illinois State University, Catholic Charities and the Mike Ditka Hall-of-Fame Charities. He also continues to be an active member of the Outdoor Ad Association of Illinois for more than 30 years.
